Let’s get started!

TO ENTER, FIRST SET UP A PROFILE:

Please go to app.FeisFWD.com to set up an account, set up your dancer profiles, and register to compete.

Please note - only parents/guardians, or dancers over 18 may register, pay, and agree to the terms. Teachers may not do this on behalf of their students, unless they are their own children.

GO TO THE EVENT PAGE

Once you have logged on, click on the AIO event shown in the dashboard. The syllabus is attached and a link is at the right side of the FeisFWD event page. Please review all rules and terms in the syllabus.

REGISTERING DANCERS

Click on “REGISTER”. Select your dancer(s) one at a time and add competitions. When done, click “NEXT”.

PAYMENT METHOD

Before your first registration, you need to put in a credit card - select “ADD A CARD” which is a blue link at the top of the payment page. Some debit cards may not work, please pay with Visa, MC, Amex etc.

TERMS AND VIDEO PERMISSIONS

You will need to acknowledge the terms and select whether or not you give permission for videos to be shown to your teachers, and whether or not you would allow videos to appear in a highlight reel (or dance of champions video).

MUSIC, NUMBER CARDS, AND FILMING

Helpful instructions for filming can be found on the Instructions for Dancers page. If unsure about your videos, do a filming practice session first!

Music links will be provided in your payment confirmation e-mail, and on the event information page. When filming, you must use the provided music, by Stephen Carolan. Teachers can also access this music as needed. Terms as per the syllabus.

Dancer number cards may be downloaded from the video upload page at the top right corner. Please print and ensure each dancer wears their card for filming!

UPLOAD AND DOUBLE CHECK!

When uploading your videos, please check for accuracy and play back your submission to confirm that the upload is complete. Once the deadline passes there can be no changes or additions, and any missing videos or dances in the wrong order will not be adjudicated.

Teachers (if you give permission to view the videos) may be able to help you discern if everything is in order. Even young dancers usually know which dance corresponds with which competition and may be able to help parents check their work once uploads are complete!

DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES AND VIDEO SUBMISSIONS

Entries and videos close August 26th 2021, 12:00 Noon Gold Coast time.
